6-2 SG Brandon Nazette (2027) out of Rocky River HS in Ohio is one of the top upcoming prospects going into this AAU season. What really impressed me about Brandon was his athletic ability, finishing at the basket in a multitude of ways and his outside shooting. He does a great job moving without the basketball to free himself up for catch and shoot 3s, and has a smooth release with his jump shot. Also owns a long frame and slices through the defense to finish with touch shots around the basket. Could possibly transition into a point guard with his passing ability depending on what a team needs.
Brandon has a quick first step off the catch, does a nice job boxing out, and plays solid defense throughout the course of the game. He also excels off the court with a 4.85 GPA. He’s coachable and a very hard worker (loves the gym) from what I’ve heard from others. I’m looking for Brandon to make a huge impact over the summer and turn some heads on the recruitment scene!

Message from Brandon
My name is Brandon Nazette, and I am a 2027 recruit from Rocky River HS in Ohio. Through the first semester of my junior year, I have a 4.84 GPA and have a 34 ACT score. While I haven’t officially decided on a college major, I am interested in studying business and finance. I am a captain of the varsity basketball team and averaged 14.1 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists my junior season.
I believe my biggest strengths as an athlete are my work ethic and consistency. I’ve maintained a strong GPA while taking 5 AP classes and am planning to take at least 5 more during my senior year. Athletically, I approach training with the same level of discipline and consistency, always looking for ways to improve. I’m a gym rat and love putting in extra work and time to strengthen my game. I’m coachable, hardworking and committed to bringing value to the program that I join.
