Recruiting is a process. You shouldn't have to figure it out alone.
At ScoutU, we believe recruiting should be personal. As a family-owned and operated company, we only work with student-athletes who have the desire, talent, work ethic, character and academic foundation to pursue college athletics. We’re not simply a do-it-yourself recruiting website that anyone can join. We first evaluate each athlete to determine whether they qualify as a ScoutU prospect. Then, we work with the athlete and family to develop an individual recruiting game plan and guide them through the process — from identifying the right schools and connecting with coaches to personalizing outreach and navigating the recruiting process.
Our scouts have personally guided 800+ athletes to play college sports, helping create exposure opportunities at NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and JUCO programs across the country.

We are at games, tournaments and showcase events — oftentimes all day and into the evening — scouting players and personally talking and building relationships with college coaches from all over the country.

We only help student-athletes that have the athletic and academic talent, work ethic and character to play in college. Colleges trust that we will only let them know about players that can play at the college level.
We are personal
We attend our athletes’ games and events and give UNLIMITED support to our athletes. We meet one-on-one with athletes and parents to get to know the athlete and qualify them to make sure he or she meets our high standards.
